What is HEPA Filter?

Why FFU Needs HEPA Filter?
FFU is an air filtration device that generates clean air for cleanroom. The clean air streams produced by FFUs flow directly into the cleanroom to create a laminar airflow.
The clean air produced by FFU is, in fact, created by the HEPA filter. FFUs use a motor to draw and push air through the HEPA filter, which traps particulate matter. The air that passes through the filter is air that has been cleaned, removing approximately 99.99% of contaminants.
For cleanrooms with ultra-high cleanliness requirements, we can choose ULPA filters for FFUs. However, the majority of FFUs typically use HEPA filters.
