The Chemical‑resistant CSM Isolator Glove is designed for environments requiring high protection against chemicals, solvents, acids-bases, and corrosive agents. With strong material durability, excellent anti‑aging properties, and stability across wide temperatures, CSM is widely used in pharmaceuticals, food, cleanrooms, labs, and heavy industries.

Compliant with EN 388, EN ISO 374‑1, EN ISO 374‑5, and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600.

FEATURES

Material:

  • The CSM Isolator Chemical-Resistant Gloves are made from CSM (Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene), a chlorinated material that enhances chemical resistance.
  • The product is highly durable, capable of withstanding strong chemicals and high temperatures; it also resists ozone, UV radiation, and aging, significantly extending its service life.

Optimized Design for Isolators

  • Smooth surface - low dust adhesion, suitable for strict cleanroom environments
  • One-piece molded cuff with high sealing performance, ambidextrous design
  • Extended length up to 800 mm for full protection of the hand and forearm

Resistance to Harsh Conditions

  • Stable performance within a temperature range of -20°C to 100°C
  • Verified to withstand 125°C saturated steam (0.15 MPa) under prolonged autoclave conditions up to 100 hours
  • No cracking when exposed to ozone and UV

Microbial Protection

  • Meets EN ISO 374-5 standard: protection against viruses, bacteria, and fungi
  • Gamma-sterilized version achieves SAL 10⁻⁶ - suitable for isolators and sterile production lines
