The differential pressure gauge installation method is the problem encountered by many engineers. Differential pressure gauges are one of the popular products of VCR. Digital differential pressure gauge introduction

Using high-precision MEMS sensors and digital technology, it can detect positive pressure, negative pressure or differential pressure, and it can completely replace traditional mechanical differential pressure gauges.

Differential pressure gauges are widely-used to measure the pressure of fan and blower, air velocity, pressure drops across orifice plates, liquid levels with bubbler systems, and pressures in fluid amplifier or fluidic systems.

It can be used on medical equipment to monitor blood and respiratory pressure.

Pressure connection installation process

  • Positive pressure measurement: Connect the pipe to the hole "high pressure" at the back of the meter and block the other high-pressure hole. Expose two holes "low pressure" to the atmosphere
  • Negative pressure measurement: Connect the pipe to the hole "low pressure" at the back of the meter and block the other low-pressure hole. Expose two holes "high pressure" to the atmosphere
  • Differential pressure measurement: Connect the pipe to the hole "high pressure" at the back of the meter and block the other high-pressure hole. Connect the pipe to the hole "low pressure" at the back of the meter and block the other low-pressure hole.
