I. Pass box features
1. Stainless steel pass box

2. Electronic interlocking
Two doors of stainless steel pass box are equipped with mechanical interlocking or electronic interlocking system, so that the doors on both sides cannot be opened at the same time, so as to ensure the sterility of the transferred objects.
3. Door signal indicators
The two electronic interlock pass box doors are equipped with door opening signal indicators, which show the opening and closing status of the opposite door, which is convenient for the operator to operate and will not open the door because it is invisible and cause damage to the pass box.
4. Sealing strip
A special sealing strip is installed on the cleanroom pass box to ensure airtightness.
5. Lighting lamps and UV lamps

II. How to clean cleanroom pass box
1. Use a special cleaning cloth and disinfectant for the pass box to wipe and remove the stains on the inner surface of the pass box, each corner, ultraviolet lamps, and the doors. Brushes and disinfectants can be used to remove the dirt. It is necessary to clean with disinfectant at times.
2. Use UV light for disinfection during the use of the pass box.
3. It is necessary to develop a good habit of cleaning the stainless steel pass box regularly, and disinfect the inside and outside of the pass box with a disinfectant after use every week.
4. After the stainless steel pass box has been cleaned, it will be affixed with a "cleaned" status indicator card after it has been checked and cleaned by a professional inspector, indicating that it can be put into use normally.
