GF Pleated Filter Cartridge is made by high porosity glass fiber (GF) flat filter material and PP components through advanced hot melt sealing technology under Class100 environment and without any adhesives or surfactants.

GF Pleated Filter Cartridge Features

All structural materials are made of polypropylene, utilizing professional hot-melt sealing technology without any adhesive, ensuring no secondary pollution.
It exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance and wide chemical compatibility.
The pharmaceutical-grade (P-grade) filter element is utilized in the biopharmaceutical industry, and all constituent materials meet the biological test characteristics of USP Class VI 121°C plastic products. They also comply with the food contact materials listed in Chapter 21 of the U.S. federal regulations (CFR) and meet the requirements of China's "Code for Health and Safety Evaluation of Drinking Water Transmission and Distribution Equipment and Protective Materials" (2001) for drinking water transmission and distribution equipment.
The manufacturing process adheres to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems and is carried out in a Class 100 environment.
The filter material possesses a large porosity, ample interception space, high flow rate, low pressure difference, and a long service life.
