PES pleated paper filter cartridge is a type of pleated filter element formed by stacking polyethersulfone filter membranes.
PES filter cartridges have very high flow rates at very low pressure differentials. Compared to materials like nylon or polypropylene (PP), PES is a significantly improved and more stable material. Therefore, PES filter cartridges are preferred in pharmaceutical filtration, infusion solutions, food and beverage processing, gas separation, and more.
The pleated polyethersulfone (PES) filter cartridge has a large membrane pore mass (80%) or higher porosity ratios, with a unique geometric pore structure to enhance effective filtration solutions even in challenging conditions.
PES pleated paper filter cartridge Features
- PES membrane is a unique geometrically porous membrane, with excellent water permeability, chemical and surface lubricity resistance, thermal stability, durability, and resistance to pressure in both forward and reverse directions.
- It has a wide pH range, low protein and microorganism adsorption.
- Each ultra-pure water filter is integrity tested before packaging.
- Minimal gas emissions, very low solubility in water, no residual evaporation.
- All products undergo a 100% integrity test after production.
- PES pleated paper filter cartridges are available in various sizes, including 5", 10", 20", 30", and 40", with O-ring or flat ends.
PES pleated paper filter cartridge Advantages
- High filtration accuracy, with filter cartridges exhibiting excellent integrity
- High flow rate and long lifespan
- Wide and common applications, applicable in the pH range of 1-13 and with excellent chemical compatibility
- Suitable for high-temperature conditions and effective filtration of acids
