PVDF Pleated Filter Cartridge is a Pleated Filter Cartridge made from Polyvinylidene Difluoride (PVDF membrane) hydrophilic and polypropylene components, using advanced hot-melt technology in a Class 100 clean environment, without the need for any adhesives or surfactants.
PVDF Pleated Filter Cartridge Features
- High heat resistance and wide chemical compatibility.
- With a scientific design, the longer filter body retains pleat integrity in various spaces.
- Free from lubricants or anti-static additives.
- Capable of removing bacteria and fine particles of very small sizes.
- Suitable for filtering cell culture media, biological reagents, and sterile vaccines.
- Filter cores have been tested for bacterial retention, meeting LRV>7 requirements. Integrity can be maintained after multiple sterilization cycles.
- All products meet the biocompatibility testing requirements of USP Class 6 plastic products at 121°C.
- Manufactured according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Class 100 cleanroom standards.
