I. Clean room air shower working principle
After the air passes through the pre-filter, it is pushed into the static box of the air shower by the high-pressure fan. The clean airflow after being filtered by the HEPA filter is rotated. The nozzle sprays onto the person from all directions to effectively and quickly remove the dust particles from the person. The air with dust particles is re-circulated into the air shower through the pre-filter and the HEPA filter to become clean air.
II. Clean room air shower working process
1. When personnel enters cleanroom from the non-clean room :
Open the outer door -> electric lock on the inner door -> enter the air shower -> close the outer door (the voice prompt is standing in the induction area) the inner and outer doors are self-locked -> Infrared induction blowing starts (voice prompts the blowing process) -> blowing is complete (voice prompt) -> enter the clean room (the inner door is automatically unlocked)
2. Open the outer door, the electronic interlock on the inner door, the air shower room lighting lamp is on, the work indicator light is on, people walk into the air shower room, close the outer door, the voice prompt: "Hello, please stand in the induction area".
The external intelligent system starts to detect whether someone is in the air shower. If someone is detected, the system will switch to the air shower.
3. The indoor and outdoor doors of the air shower are interlocked, the fan starts to run, and the air shower delay starts to count down to I5S (set value).
Voice prompt: "Working, please turn your body 360 degrees", after the air shower is over, the air shower indoor door will automatically unlock, the voice prompt: "Blowing is complete, please exit from the back door".
After exiting the inner door, you can enter the cleanroom. The inner door is closed, and the system returns to the initial state, waiting for the next use.
Note: If you want to return to the non-clean room after the delay is over, please press the "emergency stop" button, the inner and outer doors will be unlocked, and you can return to the non-clean room.
4. If the system detects that there is no one in the air shower within 10 seconds, the system returns to the standby state (infrared automatic detection system).
In the standby state, if the system detects a human body, the air shower room will start air shower, but after 10 seconds of the standby state, the system returns to the initial state.
5. If someone is in the air shower but not in the system's sensing area, the system has no response. As soon as the system detects someone, the system will switch to the air shower process.
6. If the system is working, when someone touches the key switch, the voice prompt: "It is working, please don't touch the switch casually".
7. After the entire blowing process in the air shower is completed, the air shower indoor and outdoor doors are automatically unlocked, you can enter or exit the air shower at this time.
If someone in the air shower room does not leave the air shower room within 5 seconds, the system will automatically return to the initial state.
8. When personnel goes out from clean room to non-clean room:
Open the inner door -> the outer door is powered on and self-locked -> enter the air shower -> close the inner door -> the inner and outer doors will be unlocked -> enter the non-clean room -> Return to the cleanroom.
9. Open the inner door, the electronic interlock on the outer door, the lighting in the air shower room, the work indicator light. When walking into the air shower room, close the inner door, the inner and outer doors are unlocked, and the system starts to detect whether someone is in the air shower.
10. If someone is detected: you can choose the inner door to go out: open the inner door, turn on the outer door to self-lock, then close the inner door, the system returns to the initial state or choose the outer door to go out, open the outer door, the inner door is powered on and self-locked, close the outer door again. The system returns to the initial state.
11. If no one is detected: Someone opens the outer door at this time, and the system will switch to the door-in process.
12. In the process of going out, if the system detects that someone has entered the air shower after the outer door is unlocked, the person inside does not leave the air shower room within 5 seconds, and the system automatically returns to the initial state.
