The interlocking is an auxiliary device designed to ensure that the doors in a room cannot be opened simultaneously, thereby maintaining isolation between the clean and non-clean areas.
The three-way interlocking can control the opening and closing of three doors simultaneously. Specifically, if one door is opened, the remaining two doors will be forcibly closed, and if you wish to open one door, the other two doors must be closed first. If someone attempts to open the second door intentionally, a warning bell will ring to notify. In case of emergencies such as power loss or fire, all three doors can be opened simultaneously, allowing personnel inside to exit.

Operation of the Three-Way Interlocking (VCR)

- If one door remains open for an extended period, an alert bell will sound to remind the staff to close the door.

- In the case of an emergency, an emergency button can be pressed to force the doors open.

- The interlocking lock control unit is installed on the ceiling panel and connected to a pre-existing outlet (the shorter the distance between the control unit and the outlet, the better, to save wiring costs).
- The signal light is attached to the wall panel, in an easily visible location when entering/exiting, typically installed next to the panel door.
- The locking bolt is installed inside the panel frame (requires drilling and concealed wiring) and can be positioned on the side or top of the door frame.
- The locking bolt positioning plate is attached to the door leaf, corresponding to the locking bolt installation area.

Securely install the signal connection cables to the locking bolt and the signal light — Error Warning: The alarm will sound loudly and continuously.

Install the locking bolt and locking positioning plate in the same direction (Wi-Fi symbol) on both accessories — Error Warning: The bolt will not operate.

Do not reverse the signal cables between the signal light and the locking bolt — Error Warning: Unable to install. The signal cable for the locking bolt is typically slightly larger than the cable for the light. Please note this during installation.

Use cable protection boxes and conduit to protect the signal cables on the ceiling from insect damage. Signal cables are different from power cables, and if they are severed or damaged, they can be challenging to repair.
