Details of the Three-Way Interlocking Lock with Touch Screen for Steel Doors
Interlocking locks are auxiliary devices designed to ensure that the doors in a cleanroom cannot be opened simultaneously, thereby ensuring isolation between the clean and non-clean areas. The Three-Way Interlocking Lock with a touch screen for steel doors: It is a type of interlocking lock that can control the opening and closing of up to 3 doors simultaneously. Specifically, if one door is opened, the remaining 2 doors will be forcibly closed, and if you want to open one door, the other 2 doors must be closed first. If an attempt is made to open the second door, a warning bell will sound to notify.
Applications of the Three-Way Interlocking Lock with a Touch Screen for Steel Doors
- Installed in the control rooms of cleanrooms, sterile rooms, airlocks, intermediate rooms, and changing rooms using a signal light system in the fields of healthcare, laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing, electronics, semiconductors, office spaces, etc.
- Used for entrance doors, emergency exits, and safety doors.

Installation Diagram for the Three-Way Interlocking
- The interlocking lock control unit will be installed on the ceiling panel, connected to an available socket (the shorter the distance between the control unit and the socket, the better, to match the power cord accompanying the lock and save wiring costs).
- The signal light will be mounted on the wall panel, in an easily observable area when entering/exiting, usually installed next to the control room door.
- The door bolt will be concealed inside the ceiling panel (requires drilling and concealed wiring) and can be installed on the side or above the door frame.
- The door bolt positioning plate will be attached to the door leaf, corresponding to the location of the door bolt installation.
In addition, there are some important points to note during the installation of the interlocking lock:
- Securely attach the signal connection wires to the door bolt and signal light. --> Error: The alarm bell will ring loudly and continuously.
- Install the door bolt and the positioning plate in the same direction (WiFi symbol) on both accessories. --> Error: The door bolt will not function.
- Reverse the signal wires between the light and the door bolt. --> Error: The installation is not successful. The signal wires of the door bolt are typically slightly thicker than the wires of the light. Please be cautious during installation.
- Use wire protection boxes and tubing to protect the signal wires on the ceiling to prevent insects from damaging the wires. Signal wires are different from power cables and can be challenging to repair if they are cut or damaged.
